The Company
Cobepa’s investment policy is not sector specific. However Cobepa invests in companies which have certain common characteristics: a strong business model based on a solid market position and a relatively stable cashflow. Cobepa does not invest in start ups, seed capital or venture capital.
Management
We invest in companies with a strong and efficient management with whom Cobepa will have built the business plan on which its investment is based. We encourage the implementation of long term incentive plans that align the interests of management and shareholders.
