Jean-Marc is a member of the Executive Committee of Cobepa. Jean-Marc is non-executive director of Carrières du Hainaut and Vice-President of TechnoMarine Genève watches. He started his career with KPMG in Paris in 1992 in the industry & transaction services sectors. In 2000, he joined CVC Capital Partners and became Managing Director of CVC Paris in 2005. He notably worked on the buy-outs of Materis and CPI. 
Jean-Marc joined Cobepa in 2010. He is a graduate from the ESCP Europe Business School in Paris and holds the chartered accountant DESCF diploma. Languages: French, English, Spanish.
