On 15th October 2007, All Crump (Oost-Malle, Belgium), the second largest producer of chocolate and hazelnut spreads in the European private label industry, has been sold by Cobepa and All Crump's management to Spanish multinational Natra SA. Natra is a listed Valencia-based producer of chocolate and cacao products, with sales of more than € 300m in 2006.
