On June 26, 2009, Cobepa, Argos Soditic and management have sold 100% of Asyo, a leading Swiss provider of outsourcing solutions, to Invision Private Equity.

Asyo AG is the holding company which owns 100% of both ORS AG and OSP AG.

·          ORS is the leading provider of outsourcing solutions to the Swiss public authorities (federal, cantonal and municipal governments) involving the supervision and caretaking of asylum seekers as well as the management of asylum centres.

·          OSP contributes several services to the Swiss welfare payment system and organizes recruitment, training, and employment services for international tour operators.
